Moving on to the finance department was just as easy Brad Lilley was incredible and has a great personality. Great explanations, no pressure upgrades. Pete followed up by walking me through all the features and options. Even offered to take my picture with my new vehicle. He was patient and attentive. This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing and frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had and that is saying a LOT considering I’ve purchased 7 cars from Principle over the years. When purchasing a “luxury brand” there are certain expectations for customer service and Principle BMW completely missed the mark this time. From sales, finance, all the way to sales manager level, not one person followed through on what they said they would do. Unacceptable when the vehicle in question has a price tag of nearly 6 figures. I love my car but I will NOT be returning to Principle for any future sales. They think they’re the only game in town, but it’s not that far to Austin and worth the time for better customer service. More

This is my THIRD car from BMW of San Antonio. I don’t even live in San Antonio, I live in North Austin. Why do I work with them and drive almost 2hrs in traffic? Trust. Confidence. Going to sound ridiculous; but, the part I hate the most about buying a car is the finance negotiations. Always a runaround at other dealerships. Never with BMW of SA. They make it painless (assuming you have your credit/finances in order). My sales rep has been there for 11yrs. He’s staying for a reason; therefore, I’ll keep buying from him as long as I can.
