Mr. Rolando Rocha mad facility. I purchased a new BMW SUV last month and just wanted to point out the gentleman that assisted us with this purchase. Mr. Rolando Rocha made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately upon arrival and was simply amazing! He made the purchase of our first BMW a great experience and quickly arranged the test drive for me and my family. He simplified and walked us step by step through the process, reviewed price discounts we qualified for and we came to an agreement. He patiently took the time to review every feature of the vehicle with my granddaughter, the proud new owner! Staff is friendly but did not address all of my concerns. I made an appointment for regular brake maintenance but asked to check my tire sensor. Also asked the 1st person to check me in as well as service a I made an appointment for regular brake maintenance but asked to check my tire sensor. Also asked the 1st person to check me in as well as service advisor to check the sensor. Also texted the concern after seeing the link for my estimate and sensor wasn't mentioned. No response. Later someone told me my service advisor stepped out but my car was ready. Asked again about the sensor. They went to check. I saw he reset the tire pressure monitor (which I already explained didn't work) and never returned so I just left. Very disappointed for a BMW dealership service. More
