Sales are great here and the salesman are great however the service department is why anyone should stay far away front his place.. over years the service department never gets better.. they take all day t the service department is why anyone should stay far away front his place.. over years the service department never gets better.. they take all day to get even the smallest things done, they don’t communicate the same poor manager that people complain about all the time still remains and although they expanded and updated service department it is worse than ever!! I will never buy another car here!! It’s no point in getting priority benefits when you can never get an appointment it takes all day for a simple oil change and took over a month to get car inspection appointment . I asked for my car to be appraised and for me to be made aware of what the value was before conducting any hard hits, they failed to follow through on that end and were lower than Southern Kia but proceeded aware of what the value was before conducting any hard hits, they failed to follow through on that end and were lower than Southern Kia but proceeded to run my credit anyway. After being made aware that a hard check was conducted, I then asked what my car was being appraised at. I was told, "Let me see if we can work out a better deal for you and then you can decide if you'd like to backout or not." I then again asked for the value my car was being appraised at, he had to go check with whoever the finance lady was after initially stating he conducts the appraisal himself. It turned out they were giving me lower than what Southern Kia had valued my car to be at. I then stated that I would no longer like to conduct my business here, to which I was told, "Let us know how we can do better." I asked for them to come to the same value as Southern Kia and was told that was not possible. I again stated I would no longer like to conduct my business here and walked out. The Southern Chain just gained a customer! More
Had a great experience purchasing the car, but would NOT recommend dealing with this dealership for anything dealing with fiance! Lithia Motors who bought them out, still has yet to pay off my car loan well 36 days after I traded my vehicle in nor have they canceled my extended warranty that I put in to be canceled the day after I purchased the car. The only people that call me back are two guys in the finance department there and they have not been able to help either as everything is with cooperate! Lithia Motors has not been cooperative at all. I am a teacher and this is horrible that I am making two car payments because they are dragging their feet taking care of their customers. DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM or do a trade! More
Purchased a vehicle from this location not even a year ago and there’s an engine issue. The check engine light came on in less 24 hrs of having the vehicle! Took it back and they pretty much made us feel ago and there’s an engine issue. The check engine light came on in less 24 hrs of having the vehicle! Took it back and they pretty much made us feel like we didn’t know what we talking about because THEIR MACHINE said no issues. 8 months later the freaking engine needs to be replaced! NO ONE AT THE FACILITY WAS HELPFUL. Now looking into lemon laws and getting a lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! More

They definitely make you feel like your business doesn’t truly matter. The female floor manager was condescending and argumentative. We went in there ready to make a purchase and negotiate. I brought my 2018 Genesis G90 in for an oil change. I also asked them to look at my right front tire sidewall. It appears that the radial belt is de-laminating from the rubber and causing a bulge in I also asked them to look at my right front tire sidewall. It appears that the radial belt is de-laminating from the rubber and causing a bulge in the sidewall. There is only 16,617 miles on the vehicle. The oil change was delayed by 15 minutes as they had to send out to Auto Zone for the filter. I have had this appointment for over a month and you would think they would already have the part on hand. As for the tire, the Service Manager was emphatic about it NOT being a manufacturer defect even though there was only 16K miles on the car. I asked them to remove the tire from the rim to verify the damage and they refused but would be glad to sell me another $300 tire. I bought this vehicle from Priority based on reputation and have had all my service work done there. The oil changes for life, inspections for life and engines for life are great, but at what price? Then told me that even if they had rentals I couldn’t get one and that there is a waiting list. They told me that there are people waiting who is having engine issues. So if your looking to buy a Hyundai and one from this dealership here is your warning before you buy. Apparently there are so many car issues that they don’t have rentals to give out. I’m really saddened by this. This is my first time buying a brand new car and this is my experience. More
I have been waiting over 4months for them to fix my car. They have not provided a car for me to use and do not call with updates. We may have to go for lemon law because they don’t have the competency to fix a sensor in my 1 year old car. For 9 years they were great to deal with. Now I would look to get a car anywhere else to avoid this aggravation. More
