This has and continues to be a bad experience. It is now Wednesday of the following week, I find out the paperwork has not been sent to these flipping notary. They have to use which was not explained to me when I first initially went through the blank process and doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting my vehicle for another week and they have not transport and wanna drive down my vehicle and put mileage on it. This has been by the worst experience. I even had my brother want to buy a similar lightning from them has been three days with no response. I’m assuming because they don’t want to talk about where my vehicle is and how that process is going. I even told him hey let’s get a deal done on the second one and will come and pick them both up and get the paperwork done at the same time still no response. More

Communication was subpar at best, the only exception was when I got in touch with Zach. The sales manager (Joel) got an attitude with me one day because I let him know I was at work and would need to return when I got in touch with Zach. When I did make it in the appraiser either had no clue what he is doing, or is just lying in order to lowball trade offers. I was informed that my trade vehicle had a misfire (as a former Technician for Honda and Audi and someone with a degree in automotive and diesel technology I know this to be untrue). The only evidence of this claim was that he could “feel it in his foot”; if the engine had a misfire the check engine light would be on and it would be throwing a diagnostic code (it is not). Further, if the vehicle had a misfire it would make the whole vehicle shudder. I will from here on out steer people clear of Prosper Ford, and since they have a sister dealership, Grapevine Ford as well. More

Then this guy adds a bunch of coverages and never mentioned he was extending my term to hide the coverrages in the deal. Then the finance director did nothing but stand up for the shady finance guy. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you have your own financing. More

Stay away from the service department! They refuse to honor warranty work, even after a lengthy review process with the corporate warranty people. Apparently if you take a vehicle to more than one ford dealer because they are weeks behind, that is grounds to void the factory warranty. I guess these trucks are only built to go 2 years and 51k miles before the engine has a catastrophic failure. Shows just how little you care for veteran owned small business owners just trying to survive and feed their families. More
