We loved working with Jacob Garza! When you go in please ask for him!!! He made customer service a top priority. He was knowledgeable about the car and we felt no pressure from him. We went to 4 other dealerships (Chevy and GMC) to make sure the Ford Expedition was what we needed… he showed us a car that was exactly what we were looking for and cut to the chase without any bullcrap. At the other dealers I felt the salespeople were kind of slimey and tricksy with their games. The other salespeople didn’t even know their cars and were just interested in making the sale and making it painfully obvious… well, we went back to Prosper Ford. They had the right car at the right price. Jacob was amazing! He was good at working around my 3 kids while we’re were completing applications and paperwork. We were in and out of there much faster than I thought we would be. Justin the desk manager also made sure we had a good experience. Now when I came to sitting in the room with the finance manager Curtis to ensure the paperwork was filled out correctly and completely, he explained everything well and in detail and answered all of our questions. Overall prosper Ford helped make the process of buying a car relatively painless! More

I attempted to purchase a used truck and was told it was ok to go. I called my rep the next morning and he stated that it would be ready that afternoon. Later that morning another rep called and stated that the truck was sent to auction the previous day and would not be available. I questioned as to why i was not told that the previous day and was told that, they did not know. I left a telephone message for a used vehicle manager, and it was returned by a lower-level rep that told me that's how it goes sometimes......Later that evening, I checked the listing for the vehicle and noticed it was still posted and also that it had a price drop of 500.00 I am not sure what to think at this point but am very disappointed in the service and will look for a more reputable company!! I have been a long time Ford owner, and I have to say this is the best dealership in the North Texas area. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and they didn't try to oversell. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM PROSPER FORD! !!! This dealership is deceitful and under handed. The salesman (Royal) inflated the price of the vehicle my father-in-law bought by over a $1000 from !!! This dealership is deceitful and under handed. The salesman (Royal) inflated the price of the vehicle my father-in-law bought by over a $1000 from the agreed internet price. Then the finance guy (Kevin Hines) lied to him about what he was signing and would not let him see the document on his computer screen. My father-in-law just had a signature pad in front of him to sign, and was signing his documents on faith that what Mr. Hines was telling him he was signing for. Mr. Hines charged him for warranties he said he didn’t want. They added around $7k to the agreed price when it was all said and done. The bottom line is do not buy a car from PROSPER FORD. More
