I was looking around the internet and found a car that I liked at this dealership. I contacted the sales manager (Jason) and gave him a timeframe that I'd be in to look at the vehicle. I arrived at the deal liked at this dealership. I contacted the sales manager (Jason) and gave him a timeframe that I'd be in to look at the vehicle. I arrived at the dealership at around 10am on a Saturday, was greeted by Jason, who handed me off to Hank. I found Hank to be extremely personable, knowledgeable about cars and very down to earth in conversation. As we progressed through the purchase process Hank explained each step and what was happening in the other office. They went directly off of KBB for trade-in pricing and were very transparent about every step of the process. Mike stepped in with completion of the DMV paperwork and was again very transparent about what each piece of paper was for and what the numbers all represented. In the end I was driving away from the dealership around 2pm with my new car, three hours with no guessing about what had been done. For Jason, Hank and Mike it should be a 10 star rating and if I were sending my wife alone to a dealership to buy a car, this is the dealership that I'd be comfortable with her going to. W. Oh, and the entire service department is top notch... fast, knowledgable, and attentive. I've owned nearly 30 cars in my lifetime, and I'll tell you this: if you're tired of games, come to Providence. It's worth the trip! More

I live about an hour and a half away in Delaware. I made the trip up here to look at Dodge Challengers to see if I would be able to make a deal on one. Despite the bank who approved me taking forever, Hank was very helpful for the entire process. He knew what he was doing and I left with my dream car. Although I didn't get what I wanted for a trade-in, I was still able to get my monthly payment within my price range. Without Hank's amazing support it wouldn't have been possible. Most definitely will be back at this dealer and hope to work with Hank again! More

I took my car in for recall service. This was my first time visiting Providence Auto. I was greeted as I walked through the door. My very attractive service tech Krystal checked in with me periodically on the progress of my car and asked if I needed anything. After the car was finished she came in handed me the key fob, ask if I had any questions on the service preformed. I did ask if the programing would change the performance of the vehicle. She assured me it would not. I had a great first experience at Providence Auto and will definitely return. More

We travelled 2 hours to look at a Toyota Tundra and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Two hours after arriving at the dealership, I was driving my beautiful truck home!!
