Then the Financial Officer came in with a paper showing the Trax LTZ G6252 was st 25,093 ask if i was going to give that for it I said of course not and he said then i guess you want us to call if it goes down I said yes and the meeting ended. 23,093 was the lowest price it had been on the Internet More
Great experience Trevor was great. He asked me what was I going to use the truck for and once I told him it was for pulling a trailer he explained the truck I was look Trevor was great. Pretty terrible. My husband and I had been looking at several used cars online at various dealerships in Tulsa and the surrounding area. We came across a 2014 Toyota My husband and I had been looking at several used cars online at various dealerships in Tulsa and the surrounding area. We came across a 2014 Toyota Corolla listed at $13,000. We made an appointment to look at the car. When we went to view the car, the salesman couldn't find it. It took them driving to 3 separate lots before they found it parked in the back. Turns out another salesman had been driving it as a loaner car and still had all of his stuff in it (even though we had made an appointment to look at that car specifically). The test drive went well. The salesman we worked with was kind and did well in the negotiating process. When we went back to the finance manager's office, everything changed. The finance manager was very aggressive. He tried to sell us a $6,000 warranty on a $13,000 car. He kept emphasizing that "intelligent people buy warranties" and "people who are good with their money always buy warranties", which felt like he was trying to bully or manipulate us. Throughout the 40 minutes of discussion, my husband and I said several times that we were not prepared to buy a warranty at that time. Finally, as I was beginning to say something to my husband, the finance manager cut me off mid-sentence and said "I'm not trying to interrupt her, but every woman I've ever sold a car to wants a warranty because it gives her peace of mind." I was so shocked that he was willing to cut me off and then speak for me "as a woman", when I was in the middle of telling my husband that I in fact did not want the warranty. As part of the purchase of the vehicle, we added leather interior and some paint touch-ups on the rear bumper, so we did not take the car home on the date of purchase. Several days later, we received a call from the finance manager saying he gave us the original paperwork and not a copy, and the bank required the originals (another example of disorganization). When we were called to pick up the vehicle the next week, the touch-ups on the bumper still had not been completed. We are hoping to have that taken care of as soon as we hear back from the dealership. Overall, the experience was poor. The only redeeming factor was the price of the car and the salesman who helped us. More
