$100 to insert a break light bulb. Seriously - they charged me $100 to change a $3 break light bulb on the drivers side that takes literally 4 minutes. I changed the break light bulb on the passenger side the week before and it took me 4 minutes to open the access compartment, remove the old bulb, and insert the new bulb. Purvis used to be fair and reasonable. Not any more. I purchased 3 vehicles from them. Over $100k I've given them. Never again. I'm taking my business elsewhere and you should too. And I'm letting everyone know it. You don't charge good customers (any customers) $100 to change a $3 bulb that takes 4 minutes. That's just theft. They've lost my trust and you should definitely steer clear of them unless you want to get ripped off too. More
The salesman Percel was very professional & knowledgeable . The finance officer was super also, polite,knowledgeable. Would buy from Purvis because of these two men. Took my Hybrid vehicle in for oil change and inspection with tire rotation. They discovered problem with battery and replaced it at no charge since it still under warranty. /they also performed an update with tire rotation.
