After charging me almost 1900 dollars for repairs they still couldn't fix the wiper motor they keep charging me hourly rates for parts installed that was not the problem, did work not authorized and held still couldn't fix the wiper motor they keep charging me hourly rates for parts installed that was not the problem, did work not authorized and held it until I paid and my wipers still don't work they were talking to me like I didn't know anything I been in business for 36 yrs and I would and have fixed any problem if I gave an estimate to fix. Very bad treatment of us, plus don't buy a Chrysler they couldn't get parts for a 2019 very bad!! More
I was involved in a collision with my brand new truck over a year ago and when I got it back from Dario the body shop manager my hood was mis aligned and there were numerous paint defects from the painti over a year ago and when I got it back from Dario the body shop manager my hood was mis aligned and there were numerous paint defects from the painting that was performed on my truck. The plastic in the wheel wells was also not buttoned back up properly. Upon pickup, I pointed these issues out to Dario and he didn’t want to help so I had to get the General Manager involved. I scheduled a meeting with him and he was very rude and sarcastic to my wife and myself, however, they did make right and repainted, aligned the hood, and buttoned the plastic back up for a complete finish. I picked up the truck and I thanked them for making right on the mistakes. They are my local dealer and I just gave them another shot at my service business for two recalls and now I am noticing rust around my sensors on the rear bumper. I brought the truck in and they told me they would take pictures and send them to Ram for a warranty claim. Almost 3 weeks went by and I never heard anything back ? I then began to call every day until I finally reached the dealerships warranty person Eric who was quite pleasant and assured me that Ram accepted the claim and I could drop the truck off on Wednesday to be repainted. Wednesday morning I got a harassing phone call from Dario telling me that my business was not wanted and that I need to bring the truck elsewhere !!! If this is the level of service that this dealer provides I suggest you look elsewhere More

So buying a Ram Diesel Truck and to get serviced by them even after I move to Cranston, RI. I will drive there for my service and will buy my next Diesel Truck from them. More

Unsatisfied with the so-called "service" Putnam RipOff auto wheeler-dealer review The vehicle was purchased for $11,000+ when you add in the $495.00 'dealership fee'. Six days later, the Putnam RipOff auto wheeler-dealer review The vehicle was purchased for $11,000+ when you add in the $495.00 'dealership fee'. Six days later, the "Tire Pressure" light came on. I found that two of the tires were below the manufacturer recommended pressure, and noticed that a third one was badly out of balance. One tire was 3 psi below the low limit, and the other was 6 psi below, and one of the wheels had No electronic pressure indicator on it. So I made an appointment to have the leaks fixed, and the air cleaner replaced. When I got to the appointment, I told the service technician that the air cleaner (which looked very full of dust and debris. To me it looked like it had been in there for a few years... ), needed replacement. To my utter surprise, the service representative told me that the air cleaner was not covered under the warranty. I couldn't believe my ears! This is a vehicle with an internal combustion engine that Needs Large Quantities Of Air to operate!! Had I bought the $2,000+ service plan, I would have been Hoppin' Mad!!! How can a car's air cleaner Not be under Warranty??? To wrap this review up... the appointment lasted 2 1/2 hours, and six days from then... (today), the tire pressure Warning light is back on. One of the plastic trims which cover the sides of the Stow,N,Go seats was dislocated, but I was able to re-attach it myself. How was that overlooked? Maybe they didn't try everything to see if it needed maintenance... (but I got a 'warranty' that "all was well". There were no notes in the contract about "existing mechanical issues"... By the way... sell your existing vehicle privately, as they will only offer you about25% of what it is worth. Do I feel that the service department treated me fairly? And I answer: I feel like I got Ripped Off ! ! ! More

Having a warranty I bring it to the dodge dealership for repair. They say it will be a couple days.....1 month later they say it needs a motor that warranty isn't going to cover. During the month I kept calling on status.(because they kept saying "we should know tomorrow, " and they never called. I only got 1 call after I finally showed up and got an attitude from the service manager. My dodge with 100000 mile warranty is a JOKE!!!! They don't honor it, so don't buy one!! Also has 2 recalls. They Refused to give me a rental. Worst service ever!! More
