Stereotypical dealership expirience This was the worst dealership I have ever been to, bought my first and last dodge. Sales department is probably fine but their service department is c This was the worst dealership I have ever been to, bought my first and last dodge. Sales department is probably fine but their service department is completely incompetent. It was the stereotypical dealership experience where you are quoted one price and with every phone call your bill jumps up $1000. I started out with an $800 quote and by the time I pulled the plug I had flushed away $3500 and my vehicle was still not fixed and sending the same engine code that I had brought it in for 3 times. The dealership refuses to make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. I went in to discuss my options and was told that I should have stopped throwing money at it a while ago and $3500 would have been a good down payment on a new vehicle, after every suggestion from the service department was to just fix this that and the other thing and it will be good as new. Definition of highway robbery and had I known that the service department was not able to diagnose the problem right, I would have taken the money and bought a Chevy or a Ford. Either one would have been better. If I could give them zero stars I would. More
I went to Putnam Chrysler to get my 2007 Jeep Wrangler recalls taken care of. Dropped my car off on Sunday night and left the keys in the key drop. Came home Monday afternoon and my car was waiting for me recalls taken care of. Dropped my car off on Sunday night and left the keys in the key drop. Came home Monday afternoon and my car was waiting for me with all of the issues corrected. A+ Dealer, would recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced with them. My favorite thing is that they will pick up or drop off my car anytime, anywhere! I don't need to search around to get a ride to the dealership. More

After $2500.00 worth of service I found a missing part behind rotor that protects brake lines not re-installed after being worked on. I left work went there and was told they are too busy to do it now and I would have to leave it. I refused. I'm not sure when it started to be ok to be charged for work not completed and not honor appointments. I have my own business and if I make a mistake I do whatever it takes to fix it asap. That"s just me though. More

This is our second visit to Putnam for service, we had a recall on our new Charger, every thing went perfectly, they took us right in and with-in one hour the car was repaired and we were on our way. Dan our service advisor was very helpful and well organized. We loved the way the mechanics placed a covering over the seats and put a cover over the floor mats. the car was treated with great respect and it came back to us the same way we brought it in.
