Response to Mr. Jorge Santiago, Thank you for your reply, and you are correct in assuming I didn't get the warranty, and yes this was a used car. But, one would assume, and in my case incorrectly that a few of these simple safety issues and general regards to vehicle preparations would have been address before going out onto a lot that is open to consumers? I know that the used car dealership I worked at in the past, these things would have been inspected. Again, a different time and location, but why I assumed, and again my mistake. I would be more than happy too have a conversation with you and or anyone on your staff, as I have called in the past and just been put on hold and or left messages. I have never been followed up on by my sales consultant after my first official e-mail, so sorry for me, I just didn't trust your company after that, not even for service.
