Pushy finance guy, I said no to the wheel and windshield extra insurance probably 10 times but he was determined to make a sell, kind of weird like. I ended up taking it to get out of there... The additional $2500 ceramic up-charge is a joke, I prefer to do business with no gimmicks rating is reflecting this.. love the car and it had the options I wanted, Link Dixon and Miguel were great to work with, the finance guy not so much. First time owning a Chevy product and first visit was disappointing. No one greats you when you pull up to the drop off your vehicle, something I'm used to with multiple brands. Walk in and no one looked disappointing. No one greats you when you pull up to the drop off your vehicle, something I'm used to with multiple brands. Walk in and no one looked up from their computer at first to greet me, or anyone else. Finally was helped by a gentleman named Bill when he finished up with his customer. Bill was nice, but no 'how's your day going' or 'anything else we can help with today'. I guess I just expect a friendly customer experience, something I'm used to with other brands. When I picked up my vehicle I was pointed to where my vehicle was and the plastic was still on the sheet and the paper protection still on the floor mat, I had to find a trash can to dispose of them.
