Had written an earlier review mentioning an issue charging (unable to charge after the appointment). I wrote that review only after talking to the service department. However, on trying some experime charging (unable to charge after the appointment). I wrote that review only after talking to the service department. However, on trying some experiments, I found that the problem was with my charging cord not working - and it might have been a coincidence that it stopped working right after the appointment. So, all's well that ends well! Note: Someone did try to reach out to me after my review - so that was good! I could not respond back with the notifications I got from this website. More
