My Review of R I Suresky & Sons:
I came in to this dealer to cancel my newly purchased extended warranty, which is fully refundable in the first 60 days of the contract.
From the beginning of the conversation the salesman that i dealt with (Victor) was not very friendly. It was clear that my business was the least of his concern and he had no desire to help me.
I was asked for the paperwork, then they told me that they cannot cancel the contract without seeing the vehicle first. I dont know why they need to see the physical paperwork or the vehicle - all i wanted to do was close the contract that was never used or had any claims on it.
When i came back with the vehicle, Victor wouldnt even come to see me, he kept sitting in his cube upstairs. I was told he was dealing with a customer and it would be another 45 minutes before he could see me. He was in his cube alone and not on the phone. A blatant lie.
Speaking to the manager resulted in the same thing, he didnt even ask me who i was there to see or for what reason.
I would not recommend this dealer.
