I want to start off by saying "Shame on Us" for not going into greater detail on how our ordering process works here at Stoudt's. We appreciate each and every one of our customers and there orders near or far. We feel that we need to be fair to our current ford lighting customers who had already ordered awhile ago with us before we received your inquiry about moving your order to the front of our line. Unfortunately these lightings are a very HOT item and we understand that its hard to wait for something that you have been waiting and wanting for a long time. Ford has a process also when it comes to ordering vehicles and we need to follow there rules as well. I am sorry that we couldn't help you better and again I am sorry for not explaining the process like we should have.
