When I first stopped in the salesperson (Jamie) was extremely helpful going out of his way to find a car we were looking for. When he located it at another dealership they had no problem in getting to extremely helpful going out of his way to find a car we were looking for. The first problem when we picked up the car was there was a difference in the price and the second was some minor problems in the condition of the car. When I spoke to Jim about this they were able to correct this and the price was adjusted and Dave made sure all the minor issues with the car were addressed and taken care of. This was a pleasant surprise cause most dealers would have said buyer beware but they went out of their way in insure we had a great experience in our purchase. I feel a trust in this dealership was established and hope to continue long into the future. More

I recently stopped at RK Chevrolet for a jammed/broken glove compartment. Being a plastic piece and after the glove box becoming jammed I pulled on it and the handle snapped off. I was also having a problem with the zipper on the back of the passenger seat. I explained to the service writer that my car was under factory warranty and the problem and they would not even take a look at the car $ 85,000.00 Corvette. The response to me was those cars are too expensive to work on and we have to keep our expenses down and that I would have to take it to the selling dealer. I left feeling humiliated and confused. I then relayed this information to Chevrolet. They too were not happy to hear this. So as for me and my family and friends, we will not be using RK Chevrolet for any of our future needs. More

these people are a bunch of liers. my wife and i made a deal with them and they sold the car out from under us overnight!!! never told us we needed any money down to hold it. just told us that they put a s deal with them and they sold the car out from under us overnight!!! never told us we needed any money down to hold it. just told us that they put a sold sticker on it and would wait for us. anyway, they said they would find us the same car within a day or two and would honor the same deal we had on the first one. then after waiting all week we had to go to the dealership because noone would return our phone calls!!! who does that??!! now after waiting all week,, still no car as promised, now they are lying striaght to our faces about the deal they wrote on paper!!!! stay away from this dealer unless you want a serious headache,,, the whole experience was a complete nightmare ..will never do business with these xxxxxxx!! This place is a complete waste of time! DO NOT go here no matter what deal they are offering.. It's a big scam b'c they just add it into the MSRP. These people also own the Chevy place next door and have the Chevy people work at the Kia place which makes it confusing b'c nobody seems to know what the heck goes on. One big mess. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don't keep their promises and don't hold there agreements even if it's on paper. Was a great deal gone super sour! Very unhappy! More

Went to purchase a new car, took a test drive, they looked at my trade and said they would call me with a price. I told them I had competitive pricing.
