From start to finish,a pleasurable buying experience. No high pressure tactics, no multiple visits to the office manager to get a lower price, no "what do I have to do to get you in this car today" BS. I learned during the buying process that DCH owned dealerships have a policy/philosophy that ALL sales people will treat ALL potential buyers with nothing but respect and courtesy. And I was. Why are you subjecting yourself to pain, sorrow and humiliation dealing with those dealerships who are "quasi-criminals" with their bait and switch sales tactics?! DCH rules!! More

I have purchased cars from DCH Freehold Nissan for years now. My wife purchased a New 07 Murano and I purchased a Used 03 350Z. I have never had any of the problems the people here bringing up. I actually h now. My wife purchased a New 07 Murano and I purchased a Used 03 350Z. I have never had any of the problems the people here bringing up. I actually had a great experience with the managers and sales staff. I actually contacted them trough the internet and Miguel was a great help and answered all my questions. I also dealt with Tom one of the managers and he was great, very understanding of my situation financially and had his finance guy Ramon help me get approved. They were all great individuals, as I was leaving the GM Barry came out and thanked me for the business what a nice person he was taking time from his busy day to thank me. I would recommend DCH Freehold Nissan to anyone looking for a car new or used. More
