Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep LLC - Service Center

We bought a Jeep grand Cherokee 4 XE last April. The air condition started to work sometimes and not work at other times. We brought it in to your service department and Adam was wonderful. He explained to us that there is a glitch in the system and they fixed it in about 20 minutes. He told us there’s no permanent fix for it yet, but they would accommodate us as best they could. He has been really good with helping us. it has gone out on us at some very inconvenient times. I usually call and he tells me to when to bring it in. Last week, my wife called and he told us to bring it in a little after one which she did. She was met by someone named Deborah Sanders, who was very rude to her. Debra told her that she would have to quit bringing it in on short notice and leave it there for a day when it was needed to be repaired. Mind you, my wife had already spoken to Adam, and this was the time he told her to bring it in. They did not work on it at all that day and she had to drive home with it broken. We are very happy with the way Adam handles things and we get him an A+ however, Deborah Sanders gets an F from us. More

Although it took quite a while, this dealership kept its word and provided me with a vehicle to use while my jeep was in the shop. I’ve had very few positive experiences here, some people are super nice and helpful but the bulk are rude and not helpful. That being said, the bigger problem seems to be Stellantis.
