I had a great experience. I came in late on a Thursday and everyone stayed lat until the keys were in our hands. I have had my Honda serviced here many many times and they were positive experiences. This last Friday I scheduled an oil change and asked for a tire rotation. I was told at that time I needed my brake f they were positive experiences. This last Friday I scheduled an oil change and asked for a tire rotation. I was told at that time I needed my brake fluid changed. I said no, I was not prepared to have that done and didn’t have the time.Joseph asked when I needed to be out of there. I thought that was just a general inquiry. I replied, 12:30. He said l, we can do that. I took that as I would be out with just my oil change by then. Boy was I wrong! I was presented with a bill for $427.00. I remarked, 427.00 for an oil change? I was told there must have been a miscommunication. I said, obviously. So…..be very careful not to get conned into a service you don’t want. Doesn’t no mean no? I paid and was on my merry way, knowing I won’t be back. Maybe it’s time to move that trophy off his desk and give it to someone that is honest. More
My appointment took longer than expected. They were unable to rotate my tires due to 2 nails in a tire, 1 of which was not patch able due to location. I was still charged the full amount for the oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I didn’t think about mentioning a reduction until after I left. The service associate was very friendly and apologized for the long wait time. In the end I could have had an oil change and inspection somewhere else for half of the $176 they charged me. More

If I could give zero stars I would. THE SALES TEAM WAS THE WORST. THEY LIED TO ME AND TRICKED ME INTO SIGNING A LEASE THAT WAS 200$ OVER MY BUDGET. I tried to tell them never mind I d THE SALES TEAM WAS THE WORST. THEY LIED TO ME AND TRICKED ME INTO SIGNING A LEASE THAT WAS 200$ OVER MY BUDGET. I tried to tell them never mind I don't want the vehicle and I don't want to have anything to do with your company. THEY REFUSED to let me out of the deal saying it was "impossible" so they did something that took my monthly payments down to only 40$ over my budget and said I was stuck with them. FOUND OUT LATER THAT WAS ALSO A LIE. They could have let me out of it, they just refused. Not to mention when they delivered the vehicle to me at the end of the day, it was time to go, so they just handed me the keys and took off, no walk around or anything. THE VEHICLE WAS FILTHY- there was suction cup marks that I could not clean off, on every surface of the glass. There was literally mud splattered inside the vehicle on the inside of the doors - It was night time when I was driving it home and I couldn't even see the road with how filthy the windshields were. I brought it back and asked them to clean it, they had me and my kids sitting there for hours and brought the vehicle back with what appeared to be a quick wipe down. The suction cup marks still there. I had to go home, I couldn't waste any more time there that day. They told me to come back - so I did, and after sitting there for a couple more hours I got the vehicle back and it looked exactly the same except now that it had been wiped down I NOTICED SCRATCHES IN THE WINDSHIELD LIKE SOMEONE TOOK A FORK TO IT, RIGHT IN THE DRIVERS LINE OF SIGHT ON THE FRONT WINDSHIELD. I told them I am going to schedule a full detail and they are going to pay for it. They refused - until I wrote a review telling my experience, then they said they would take care of it if I took the review down. So they cleaned it and replaced the windshield - THEY RETURNED MY BRAND NEW WINDSHIELD WITH ANOTHER SCRATCH ON IT. AND NOW THAT ITS COLD OUT I GO TO TURN MY HEAT ON AND IT DOESNT WORK. I do not want to have anything to do with them, but I have to go to them to get my warranty work done. I AM FURIOUS and EXHAUSTED. DO NOT BUY HERE. More

As always, my experience at Rairdon's Honda if Sumner was excellent. My Service Advisor, Adam Aride, did an excellent job of getting me checked in for my routine maintenance appointment. Adam was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Adam did help me with a question I had about a credit in my account and directed me to speak with Wendy Hagen after my service was completed. The service was completed within the time frame I had been quoted. In checking out, I was able to speak with Wendy Hagen and my question was answered. I am pleased to say that I had another great experience with Rairdon's. More
