Incredible experiences with every visit Have been bringing my Acura TSX to this dealer as initially it was convenient for work. Though over time, I now only trust my vehicle here at Rallye. Now have an Acura TL and continue to get my service done here. Though I have a dealership nearby my home (smithtown) the experience, expertise, and honesty I receive [at Rallye] has me coming back. Chad is an incredible service advisor who cares about your vehicle and will ensure you are taken care of. If there are other issues found during a visit he will sit with you and explain what needs to be done or even show you himself. Hard to find a place you can trust these days, but they do very well and continue to have my business. More

Great service but certain job are way overpriced! I have been going to rallye acura for the past 10 year with my Acura MDX. The service dept has always been great. I have work with Chad Tammaro (s I have been going to rallye acura for the past 10 year with my Acura MDX. The service dept has always been great. I have work with Chad Tammaro (service advisor) for many years and he always treat you with respect and honest with you. Can't said enough good things about him. Recently, I also work with Mr. Keeyoung Moon (service advisor). He was also very pleasant to work with. Overall experience with the service dept has been very positive. The price is not cheap, but you expect that from the dealer. The peace of mind is priceless. Keep up the good work!! Btw, Enza is great too. Always follow up with the customer after the visit. Addendum Again service you get is great. We all expect dealer charge more than other car service center. People still go there for peace of mind. But to charge over $230 for a 5-10min job is just way overprice. Recently I got a quote for my mdx that the rear window spray is missing and need to be replace. The quote is $255. I was able to get the part for about $20 and fix it on my own in 5-10min. Choose wisely what you want it to be done. Henry Lam More

Matt & Jay Matthew Mishanie and Jay Rosenthal are GREAT! They made our whole experience at Rallye Acura super. We bought two cars from them, a ilx and a tlx. The Matthew Mishanie and Jay Rosenthal are GREAT! They made our whole experience at Rallye Acura super. We bought two cars from them, a ilx and a tlx. They were very competitive on the deals offered. We're very happy with both cars, except maybe the tlx transmission is a little weird in sport+ mode. But other than that they're both quality cars. Also, a suggestion for Acura: Make a Coupe! More

He was accommodating, professional and patient. Brandon acted with integrity, conscience and client service. Branded exceeded all thresholds of our expectation. Bravo! Joe Mitajy, the Sales Manager, was obliging, courteous and attentive. He was honest and straight forward in his negotiation and work ethic and facilitated the purchase. Joe Filardo, the Business Manager, was swift in overseeing the requisite paperwork. The process was seamless. Niko Tserpelis, the Delivery Coordinator, was patient and passionate when reviewing the vehicle’s features and operation.
