I've been taking my car to Rallye for over 7 years and have had a great overall experience. I recently brought my TSX in for its state inspection & a service. After getting home, I noticed a fairly large scratch on my car, most likely from the complementary car wash. I immediately called up Chad, and he asked me to come back in so that he could take care of it for me. He immediately had the scratch buffed out, and apologized for the mistake. I truly believe that I get excellent service from Chad and from Rallye, and that I'm not treated like just another customer. As I mentioned before, they made a mistake. But what I feel separates Rallye from other dealerships is that they own up to their (very few) mistakes and do what they can to ameliorate them. More

Chris Wuttke has been my go to guy for no nonsense pricing and has always been upfront and accommodating. Won't deal with any shady 4 box negotiations or keeping you hours upon hours. If they can accommodate your price Chris will get it done. No dealer add ons or mark ups and always transparent with incentives and financing/leasing terms. Friendly knowledgable staff that values your business. Can't say enough about Chad Tammaro and Mike Denfeld in the service department. These guys went above and beyond to remedy a situation for me on my TLX. Couldn't be happier with the level of service. I highly recommend Rallye Acura for anyone in the tri state area. More

I was in the market for a 2017 Acura RDX AWD Advance package this past mother's day. Despite the amazing reviews, I walked into Rallye Acura as a determined buyer, ready to get a good deal without feeling "suckered". Buying a new car can be stressful, especially if it is your first time (this is my first new car). I'm the type of person who likes to know any and everything (taxes, financing, monthly payments, finance fees, DMV fees, title and registration fees and insurance paperwork) I am getting into before I fully commit. Christopher Poggioli was able to answer all my questions as well as maintain contact via telephone and email throughout the week while I got everything situated. Chris and, sales consultant, Danny Park gave me an awesome price (literally lower than I would have expected) especially on a car that came out less than 2 months ago. Not only were they honest and fair salesmen, I did not feel "ripped off". I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with all the necessary paperwork filled out, and was ready to pick up the car the following Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I am now a new owner of a 2017 Acura RDX AWD Advance Package, with zero buyers remorse. All the paperwork was prepared for pick up, as well as the car was prepped and ready to drive off. I had zero problems, and honestly would have to say this is the easiest experience (granted my only experience) buying a brand new car from a dealership. I am originally from NYC and work in Connecticut. I have been to multiple dealerships in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York City, Rallye Acura is a little ways out of NYC towards Long Island, however, it is worth the further drive for the awesome customer service. Their team is top notch and their sales and service department is top of the line. A loaner car is always available while your car is being serviced, as well as complimentary food and drinks.
