As I pulled my vehicle for service, I was greeted by a valet person. Then met with this young, knowledgeable and courteous service advisor, Keeyoung Moon. I explained to Keeyoung what's the problem and took my vehicle for service. He gave me a loaner which is a beautiful 2016 TLX... Love that car. Keeyoung told me he'll get back to me by the afternoon, and guess what? After an hour, I already got a call from Keeyoung and my MDX is fixed and ready to be picked up. Easiest process ever I was surprised by how easy this dealer and Danny made everything. I visited the dealership twice. The first was to look at and compare a few models. As I left I asked Danny for his card and to chat a little bit. About a week later, I called Danny and he took some information down and unexpectedly provided an offer immediately. It was a very fair and reasonable offer. He asked me when I wanted to pick up the car and that he would make sure it was ready.
