The whole process and experience exceeded my expectations. This is a testament to the high caliber of service, quality and respect that you receive. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting (the bagels and coffee are an added treat :-). I have yet to have an experience in the 10+ years that was less than ideal. In fact, with the most recent blizzard, my new lease delivery needed to be pushed up a day - Chris P came in several hours earlier than his shift to accommodate me. Go experience for yourself. More

This is the only person I would bring my car to. Staff here is great and the service department does great work. If a problem is not fixed, they will fix it till its corrected. Speedy and excellent service from this dealer. I drive from Brooklyn to Long Island just for the service. That tells you something.. I have been to this service department many times but just found this page. Glad I did. Thanks Moon! More

Called up Matthew on late afternoon Saturday for a test drive, and he stayed past closing time to work out the purchase agreement with me. Without any "bait & switch" tactics, Matt honored the TrueCare Savings certificate and confirmed that the car was in stock and available. Matt followed through on his part in getting the car and paperwork ready on the following business day, even after I made some last minute adjustments. Matt was responsive and kept me updated along the way, finalizing with him giving us a tutorial of the Tech package in the car. All in all, Rallye Acura made the sales transaction easy and hassle-free. More
