I worked with both Matthew Mishanie and Julio Herrera who are knowledgeable and professional salesmen. They work well together so that if one is busy you can speak to the other without anything being lost in the transition. The car that I wanted was in inventory and the price quoted was highly competitive to another local Acura dealer. And unlike the other local Acura dealer who quoted a price for an "incoming" vehicle Matthew and Julio identified the car that I wanted by its vin number which indicated to me that they could (and did) deliver the car on the date promised for the quoted price (as opposed to trying to switch delivery date, color, tech packages or accessories). The pick-up, lease, transfer of plates, etc. was smooth. You can go to another Acura dealer to get a price but based on my experience I certainly recommend that you speak to Matthew and Julio and, if you do, I believe that you too will end-up getting your Acura from Rallye. More
Work was completed with in a minimal time. Arrived for routine scheduled maintenance on my RDX. Service agent Chad later advised me of two other potential problems that should be addressed. New Vehicle Purchase I had been shopping online for the right vehicle for approximately 2 months, all the while intending to purchase a vehicle during the annual "year-end I had been shopping online for the right vehicle for approximately 2 months, all the while intending to purchase a vehicle during the annual "year-end" deal. I had narrowed my selection to 3 vehicles, I chose to test drive the Acura RDX first and leave it to the other vehicles to match-up. Well plans didn't work out that way. Upon arriving at Rallye Acura I was greeted by Matthew Mishanie. I explained to Matt my interest in the RDX with the Acura Watch / Technology package. After a short discussion I decided to test drive the RDX with the Advance package, the rest they say is history. The vehicle handled great I loved all the safety features, blind spot warning, lane departure warning, front collision warning, etc. I went home that evening and discussed with my wife, who was along for the test drive, I never test drove another vehicle. The color I wanted was not immediately available so it was going to be a factory order with a wait time of up to 8 weeks. Matt Mishanie however came through and I had the vehicle by the end of the year, less than 3 weeks after my test drive. So I would like to thank the staff at Rallye Acura for coming through for me, especially Mr. Matthew Mishanie. Thanks again for a great seamless experience in purchasing a new vehicle. More

When I went into Rally Acura in Roslyn I sat down with Brandon Sohn & it was a completely different experience. He was upfront & professional & gave me the lowest price I had been quoted. It was a pleasure working with him. There wasn't the usual shadiness of going back & forth with the manager. They honored the original quote and I was done in an hour. Then Joe Filadaro went back and firth with the the finan e company to get me a great deal. I was even called in a week later to resign papers after he got me an even better deal. I highly recommend going to this dealership & have already recommended them numerous tines. An A+ experience. More

Our considerations were focused on Japanese cars: Lexus, Infinity and Acura. At Acura we felt no pressure what so ever. My wife went three times for a test drive. Mat was amazing, always with a smile. He listened with great deal of attentions as what we were looking for and explained in detail what every model featured. He gave us all the privacy we needed during this process. To close the deal I did not have to be on location. On delivery date everything worked as a Swiss watch. I would gladly recommend Mat to a friend. More

Chad is especially nice but more than that, he knows whats going on with my car, he is familiar with the model and what services it needs and he always greets me with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I am usually not a person who likes to use dealerships for repairs because I always believed that you get more personal treatment at a small repair shop. At Rallye I get small shop treatment with a large experienced dealerships capabilities. I had a Rallye BMW at one point and though they were also better than most other dealerships, Acura beats them hands down. More
