I walked in not knowing what to expect but with the help and guidance from Reza it was all worth it. I didn't feel forced or uncomfortable at all. It was great working with him and I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2016 Acura ILX within 2 days. Chris was also great in showing me all the details of the car and ensuring I knew how to operate all functions before I left. More

However, Reza Lavaie was our Sales Consultant and he took care of us from start to driving off in the new ILX. He was courteous and professional. He always responded back to our calls promptly. We had some DMV and Insurance issues but he took care of everything to make sure everything was in place. Now we are proud owners of our 2016 ILX. He gave us a better deal than we expected and I will be returning to buy another vehicle there at Rallye Acura. More
A painless car buying experience I was in the market for a new car and had it narrowed down to an Acura and a competitive model. I called Rallye to set up a test drive. I planned to drive the Acura and the other model then buy the one I liked more. I arrived at Rallye and the first thing I noticed was the elegant showroom. No loud, blaring music, no sales people circling like vultures. I was greeted and introduced to Brandon Sohn. I wasn't asked for a credit card to show I was serious something other dealers are prone to do. Brandon said he would get the car and we were off. Brandon was obviously an Acura expert as he knew the car inside and out. No hard sell here. We went back to the dealership and I asked for a price. When he gave me the price I thought I was being low balled and the dealer would make it up with fees on the final contract. Nope, the price he gave me was the out the door price. Since the RDX rode better than most sedans and since I was getting an outstanding price I decided to buy it on the spot and didn't bother with the competitive model. The whole time I was there was maybe an hour and a half. I was told to come back at 3 pm and the car would be ready and it was. Brandon then went through the whole car and made sure I understood everything. I would recommend Rallye to anyone looking for a great price from a reputable dealer More

I've owned various new cars, including Jaguar & Cadillac, I have never had a better service experience than at Rallye Acura, and it is all due to Mr. Chad Tammaro. Chad has assisted myself & my son with our cars in the past and I would always contact him if we needed service. I was in for service recently and as always was treated like I was part of the family. Chad was professional, courteous, sincere and followed up as he said he would, in a timely fashion. I work in the hospitality industry and know how valuable customer service is, it was when I saw him assisting other customers in the same manner as he treated me that I realized how fortunate Rallye Acura is to have such a capable person as part of their team. Complaints are so common, but praise is not. Please know that for my family Chad's efforts are the reason why we bring our cars to Rallye Acura. More

Great Service I have have owned over 4 acura's over the past 11 years. 3 I purchased from Rallye due to how great there service department is. The main reason we continue to go back to Rallye Acura is because of one particular individual, Chad Tammaro. He is by far the best service representative I have ever had. I have been to many service departments over the years & Chad is a true asset to Rallye. I do not mind spending more money on service because I know Chad looks out for us. My wife & I never question his recommendations & I know Chad is honest & genuine. That is extremely hard to find today. He does not sell you fabricated services just to generate money. ( like some do) He will take his time explaining why & what needs to get done & is never pushy. If you have ever been to Rallye Acura you will see a line of people waiting for him. That speaks volumes on his reputation & work ethic. When we purchased our last car from Rallye We told Jay & Joe all of the above & hope chad gets the recognition he deserves .
