I called Rallye Lexus to inquire about availability of a specific trim and color of a Lexus TX 350. Jason Pena informed me that the one I'm looking for will be delivered and available within 2 weeks. Everyone during the process were very courteous and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with the general manager, John Tetta a few weeks after picking up the vehicle. I mentioned that I was looking into getting running boards possibly during my first scheduled vehicle maintenance. He called me the next day to let me know he ordered running boards and there is no need to wait to get them. He scheduled an appointment immediately and provided a loaner car.
