Terrible experience. We placed a deposit on a certified pre-owned Lexus and drove three hours from out of state to Rally Lexus. What a mistake and waste of our time. The dealership didn't even bother to wash the car or clean the interior before our arrival. The newly hired used car salesman displayed questionable people skills and maintained a "take it or leave it" attitude throughout the visit. He even blamed my wife and me for the delay in the "transaction" simply because we were taking time to make an informed decision. I've never encountered a less qualified salesperson, especially at a "white glove" Lexus dealership. On top of that, the dealership refused to honor the CPO terms, which ultimately caused the deal to fall apart. I will be contacting the Lexus Corporate Customer Assistance Center to report their non-compliance with the CPO program. More
