I have to say that the entire experience was stellar (and I am extremely hard to please). I consider myself an informed consumer - but my sales representative Kevin Losee was able to explain elements of the car that I didn't know. He not only was informative, but was patient (not pushy like other experiences I have had elsewhere). It was like having a conversation with a down-to-earth friend. Our finance representative Chris Maliarakis was easy-going and informative in providing all scenarios for our finance and post-purchase car care options.
