Though I was buying a used Audi from.a Lexus dealer, they made sure the staff they assigned to help me understand the nuances of today’s often-confusing tech were knowledgeable of the car I was buying. They also were of tremendous assistance in helping me navigate purchase in one state, but registration in another; a process with so many obstacles it seemed almost impossible.
