Friendly and efficient. Very good and knowledgeable service advisor arranged for a loaner model that I wanted to test. But the sales pitch for unneeded services was a little silly, i.e. do I really need new tires at 26k miles?(The thread looked perfectly fine to me). The mechanic did a fine job but was a bit sloppy. After a tire rotation there was a difference of 5lbs between the tires. Overall, a very good service visit. More

He was able to get me a 2019 instead of a 2018, I originally thought I would be driving away with. He was also able to put me in the color of my choice even though stock was minimal. I was comfortable with my monthly lease amount. He was able to work with his manager and come back with a price that was fit for me. He broke all the numbers down for me and explained every paper I signed. Mr. Fogel was very pleasant to work with and I would definitely be back at Ralley Lexus for my next vehicle and ask for Mr. Fogel! Thank you!! More
