Later Steven Holmes graciously and patiently explained the many features that these lovely sedans have to offer. This write up would not be complete without my mentioning the terrific service I received from Joanne Oats of the service department who made sure that my vehicle had everything I needed and Raoul Aria who graciously came to my home, provided me with a loaner car and brought my car back to my doorstep - saving me both time and money. Kevin Losee proved his commitment to quality with his continued diligence in getting a minor billing related request resolved successfully.
