We finished the negotiations for the purchase of my new car and trade in of my old car very efficiently - no nonsense - and I was in and out within an hour. I came back the next day to finalize the purchase, again efficiently at a price I though was right for both my new and old car. I drove away in my new car two days later mid-morning - the day after Christmas. Great experience. More
