I picked up my new vehicle the following day and Chris was fantastic in explaining the new features on the CX-90 that differed from my CX-9. Incredibly helpful! Donovan Lau was also wonderful to work with - I signed the paperwork for my CX-9 with him 3 years ago and worked with him again on my CX-90.
