Bait and Switch is the name of the game at Rapids Honda of Coon Rapids. Sales person Adam was very nice and not pushy at all, I would work with him any day except for one thing. When it came down to buying the truck, he informed me that there were $5000 of add-ons that were not on the sticker price. I have a vehicle for trade that the appraiser undercut the value by $2000.. Add the bait and switch and it turns out to be about a $7000 difference on a vehicle that was in worse condition than the one I was trading in. NO NEGOTIATION WHAT SO EVER. I decided NOT to do business with them and will probably never do business with them ever. I should have read the reviews prior to wasting my time. The Hyundai dealership is way better with the sticker price without the add-in forced into the deal. Overall this is a thumbs down to the Rapids Honda dealership in Coon Rapids.
