My Review of Ray Brandt Dodge Inc:
I was just reading a couple of the comments from other customers. We bought our truck 2 years ago and had the same problems. We had to return to the dealership 2 times to resign papers. They misquoted the interest rate and it took them 3 months to get the financing straight with Chrysler. We also went 5 months without our license plate because they never called to tell us to come pick it up. I see they still haven't improved on their customer service.

My Review of Ray Brandt Dodge Inc:
Went to Purchase a vehicle from Ray Brand't Used Cars, they claimed they financed the vehicle, I was called back to their location three times to resign paper work. After a month I was called back in to say that they salesperson put the wrong figures on the car and sold it too cheep, I was then told that I would have to bew placed in another vehicle due to their negligence. After about a month and a half, I found another vehicle, to no avail I have called in reference to the registration and title. After four months they are still telling me that they had a mix up with title, and I AM RIDING WITH A TEMP TAG!!!

I actually called the dealer to say i was on my way to pick up my vehicle that i had put a down on a few days before and the sales rep. went home sick. i left with the vehicle after someone else helped me and the rep called me the next day to see when i was going to come and get my vehicle. when i told him i had it he said bye. the next day he called and wanted to know who did i put down as my sales rep. I guess he was worried about his commission. 4 months later i still don't have my title or regestration. Go figure!!!

My Review of Ray Brandt Dodge Inc:
Very dishonest!I wanted a '98 Dodge Grand Caravan for 2300 and worked them down to $2475. I made it clear I will pay CASH for that price and I then left.The next day, Doug called TWICE and told me I could have it at $2300! He even told me to get my money ready, and I took off work an hour early. When I get there, he takes us for another test drive. He then brings up that we wants $2700 and claims he meant "ballpark" range price on the phone.I would not leave work early for nothing!Since I made no purchase, I asked for my records back with private info.When he refused, I asked for the "BIG BOSS" and got "RAY FIELDS".(Ray was never in the room)Doug then SHREDS my papers in front of my family's face and throws it in my hands.(How Rude?)When I get to the main office, Ray tries to act like he is the real man, and denies access to Ray Brandt(The Owner) since he probably knows he is in trouble. Ray uses vulgar language at my family and asks us to leave.The next day the Asst.MGR calls and "apologizes" and sounds like bologna! I will never come back. (AT LEAST THEY DONT HAVE MY MONEY! HAHAHA!)They even denied me a CARFAX and allowed me 15 SECONDS to view the engine! And rushes me to the deal! (And they have to jumpstart the van everytime to start it up!!) YOU Figure! They even cheated me on my previous safety recall on my '91 Grand Caravan! I hate them and will warn others and YOU NOT TO GO THERE!
