Mr. Norton, The last thing we ever want to do is tell a client we can’t get them into service right away, the service department is a very important part of our overall business, especially when we are selling 80% less cars. Please understand we are very limited with our loaner car fleet due to the severe shortage of new car inventory, Rob our service manager did place you on our internal list to be contacted if we had a cancellation. Thank you for your response., but this was an emergency, being it’s my only vehicle. I find it interesting that a competitor found the time to get my car serviced immediately.

I replied so quickly because I really do care about our clients. I can't answer to the workload other shops currently are dealing with, shortage of staff due to illness etc., or the lack of a loaner fleet but I can assure you if we were able to get you in with your convertible top issue we would have.

So Rob and John did everything they could. Unfortunately, my car is still not working. The navigation system loses its memory (still promising a fix from Audi), and after driving my car for 11 miles, they found no problem with Apple Car Play disconnecting Google Maps in the middle of a drive. That was expected - it only happens about 25% of the time (way too much for me), but they would have to use the car much more to see the problem. They're saying there's nothing more they can do, and my conversation with Audi ended up with being told to contact the dealer. So, I still have no resolution, and am heartbroken that Audi does not stand behind it's product. Anyone have advice?
