John was going to be out of town on the day I was coming for the vehicle; but, again he put me at ease & set my appointment up with Tony Jensen. Another awesome salesman! Tony did a wonderful job; he had the patience of a saint with me and all my questions. Everyone there provides the utmost attention to the tiniest details as needed. The sales manager Ryan took his time to explain the details of the pricing, rebates, end of lease options and obligations, etc. The sale price/ loan amount numbers did not make sense but Ryan took his time to go over them with me until I "got it." Thank you Ryan once again! I had a few more questions for John, Tony after I got home...again they were answered with patience. When I called I was never put on hold or had to go through voicemail and wait days for a call back. These guys are professional, prompt and available before, during and after your purchase!
