Ray Gross Motors

Broke Down just outside of Franklin, LA - I live in New Orleans 100 or so miles away. After a comedy of errors I finally find out that Ray Gross is supposed to have a service dept. open till 3pm. on a Sat Orleans 100 or so miles away. After a comedy of errors I finally find out that Ray Gross is supposed to have a service dept. open till 3pm. on a Saturday. At 1pm I am on the phone with their service manager pleading. I am stuck, my girlfriend in tow 100 miles from home on a Saturday with a 'warranty job'. The truck could have been driven there, I had a tow truck coming for me that could have gotten the vehicle in for 1:30 had they agreed to do the work. Instead they refused me, Caused me a day of lost wages, 150 or so in a rental car, Gas 3 ways from Franklin to N.O. a favor to a friend to bring me there to get my vehicle. and most importantly, a missed opportunity to spend quality time with my 93 year old grand father. All because they wouldn't fit me in & maybe work 1/2 an hour late that day. Thanks Guys, Merry Christmas. More
