Excellent customer service I have been a loyal Honda owner since 1993 - all from Ray Price Honda in East Stroudsburg. I want to say that Ian Jensen is by far the best salesper I have been a loyal Honda owner since 1993 - all from Ray Price Honda in East Stroudsburg. I want to say that Ian Jensen is by far the best salesperson I have ever had-he is knowledgeable, and did everything he could to make sure I understood my new Honda. I am a graduate of the Disney Institute Customer Service Training (3 workshops)-so I am very particular about the kind of customer service I receive....Ian went above and beyond. To this day- if I send him a picture of what my dashboard says -he tells me what is wrong and how to fix it -he even did a facetime call at night (after hours) to help me figure out my heating . Ian Jensen knows the Disney model of customer service- the customer is always first- I couldn't be more please with my Honda ....and Ian Jensen!!! More

As soon as I got to the dealership he introduced me to Art and things got better. I told him exactly what I was looking for and where I want to be as for as payments. We worked out a great deal that made me very happy. This was my first time purchasing a Honda and the experience made it even better. Great customer service from all involved which made it fun! Definitely recommend this place and ask for Art!! More
