Brought my truck in at 10 and told a little over an hour to patch tire and swap back onto the truck, kept getting the 30 more minute routine to find out 4 hours later the tech lost the wheel lock key and no to patch tire and swap back onto the truck, kept getting the 30 more minute routine to find out 4 hours later the tech lost the wheel lock key and now screwed us to the fact we have no way to change the tire during our 1300 mile travel home. Reed Lallier is the worst service center to ever think about going to. More

Purchased a Truck April 30th . By June 7 having car issues , brought it to be diagnosed and they claimed nothing was wrong . Purchased at 57,000 miles brought to trade in or sell after they reached out to me at 65’000 miles . Now all of a sudden they drive and “assume it’s a transmission issue” and can’t help me at all . These people are crooked and will do anything for a sell . Once you purchase they say to help with you . Military/ Veterans BEWARE !! More

My experience with the car salesman was good. But very unhappy with this dealership. After buying this car there were plenty of issues that came along with it. A leak in the headliner that I thou But very unhappy with this dealership. After buying this car there were plenty of issues that came along with it. A leak in the headliner that I thought was a stain was present a week after I bought it. After getting the stain cleaned the leak reoccurred multiple times in the last month. Also shortly after buying the truck the engine began to misfire. I was told since I did not have a warranty they could not help me out. Seeing that it was recent I bought this truck that tells me these issues were present and hidden when I bought the vehicle. After trading them a car with no issues I expected to be getting a vehicle in the same condition but that was not the case. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again and advise anybody doing so to think twice about it. More
