My Review of Reed-Lallier Chevrolet:
My experience with Reed-Lallier Chevrolet was great. I received a great price on my vehicle, with no pressure from Mr. Annan. Mr. Annan and Mr. Quinn made sure that I was one hundred percent satisfied with the vehicle and the price. After dealing with the Finance Manager, Ms. Harrison, I fully believe Reed-Lallier Chevrolet has more integrity than any other dealership in the area. They honored a price quote that I feel any other dealership would have simply said was a mistake, and charged me full price. This spoke volumes towards their commitment to excellent customer service.

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. Judy was very helpful in every way possible. I did not purchase my Tahoe from this dealership but you would never have known this by the way I was treated. She gave me a complete breakdown of what was going to be done, how much it would cost, when it would be ready, and gave me her card in case I needed to call her. I will definitely consider Reed Lalier when it comes time to buy another new car,

I purchased my Chevy Tahoe new in 2007. I've been very pleased with the professionalism and attention your service department has given me. I've had some problems that has taken some time to correct and may still have some, but each time that I've brought the problems back to the attention of the service consultant they've been very helpful to the utmost possible way. I was very pleased with the salesman that sold me the Tahoe in 2007. I can't recall his name at this time, but had it not been for him, I would probably purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Overall your dealership and it's employees are the greatest. My next vehicle will definitely be purchased at Reed-Lallier's Chevrolet. Thanks for everything.

Overall very pleased with our experience at Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. They worked to help us get everything we wanted in our new Camaro. I have not been inpressed by dealerships located in the Fayetteville area, but working with them was a pleasure. I will certaily return to Reed-Lallier Chevrolet in the future.

I looked at several dealerships when considering cars and all of the local dealerships were extremely unknowlegable about the car I was considering (to the point that they just said "I have no idea, lets go see if I can find the manual", or tried to offer me features and colors that aren't even available on that model). Some vastly inflated their price and gave me excuses like "well, we just sold one at $10,000 over sticker so we feel that is what the market can bear right now".
I extended my search and went with Reed Lallier even though they were considerably farther from my home because they were willing to work with me, went to extremes to get the exact vehicle I wanted, and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Their price was excellent, and their customer service was amazing.
Even though they are much farther (2 hours vs. 5 minutes drive) I will continue to go to them for accessories and would absolutely consider them for future purchases.

I took my car in on July 8th because my check engine light came on, I got a phone call saying that they could fix the problem, that my car needed a fuel injection cleaning and service on the valves, I paid $495 when I picked the car up July 9th. Then on 13th the check engine light came back on for the same problem. The car was never fixed. This dealership has never been able to accurately fix the problems I have had with any vehicles that I have purchased from them. Now I'm out $495 and the problem is still not fixed. I took the car back to them today 7/15 and it is the exact same problem but now they want me to pay for the services again. I am highly upset because I have to keep wasting money when I was told that they fixed the problem.

Mr. and Mrs. Cogdell brought their Impala in on 7/9 because the check engine light was on. We followed our normal process with check engine lights (placing the vehicle on our diagnostic computer) and treated the code that the computer gave us. We did charge them $495 for this service.
On 7/15 the Cogdell returned to us stating that the check engine light was again on. We followed the same process, and this time we received a completely different code for the computer. The two engine light issues where totally separate and unrelated. Mrs. Cogdell was unhappy with this result and chose not to have her car serviced at that time.
Mr. Cogdell again returned on 7/23, this time we ran our diagnostics free of charge, and we again received the same code that we received on their second trip. We attempted to mitigate the Cogdell's expense as much as we possibly could, by selling them parts at our wholesale price, and cutting our labor by $25 per hour. This cut their cost by over $200. The Cogdells again left deciding not to remedy the issue.
The problem here was that Mr. and Mrs. Cogdell could not understand that the check engine light comes on for many, many different reasons. It was a total coincidence that they had two engine issues within a 6 day span. Unfortunately, the Cogdells are still unhappy, but our offer to fix this issue at the much lower cost, is still on the table should they decide to return to us.

Excellent dealer. I took delivery of my Corvette Z06 purchased through the Military Exchange new car sales program in July of 2003 and they have been my point of contact for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on my vehicle. They are truly an asset to the Chevrolet brand and a fine example of what a GM dealer should be. Both their sales and service staff are knowledgable and experienced with Corvettes and are very military friendly. I will be purchasing my next Corvette through Reed-Lallier when I return from next deployment.

My Review of Reed-Lallier Chevrolet:
Came into the dealership on a Saturday for service, vehicle was inspected w/the service writer; no damage found and was noted on the invoice. Vehicle returned and inspected again with the service writer, damage found. Dealership would not accept fault nor even contact the General Manager to tell him of the situation - told me to contact my insurance to have it taken care of and asked me to leave. Have contacted the dealership several times and gotten the run around, never talking to the same person twice. Asked to talk to Mr. Lallier himself and was either put on hold, told he was out or they hung up.
Simple damage for them to correct as its a GM vehicle and they are a GM dealer. Not to mention they jointly inspected the vehicle prior to taking control of it stated no damage found and then they jointly inspected it again before I took control and found damage and it’s all on their original invoice.
