Andre is the man to get the job done! I came in and spoke to I believe the manager by the name of alex. She was very friendly and referred me to a gentleman by the name andre whose custome I came in and spoke to I believe the manager by the name of alex. Terrible experience I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty I have a 2014 Nissan Titan , bought it off the lot brand new expensive truck two years later my rack and pinion got damaged with an extended warranty it took me two days for them to finally fix it, and they still charged me 400 cause some xxxxxxxx problem with my tires that was in June a week later I returned and said there is something wrong with the suspension it keeps shifting, they told me no it's because u have big tires they ignored me. So I went to another Nissan dealership they said yes they hear it but u have to take it to the dealer u bought the truck from, I go back to reed and say hey there is something wrong I hear it they drive it lift it tell me nothing is wrong send me away again. I take the vehicle to Another dealership and in 5min they found the problem a stripped bolt in suspension they replaced it took them 10min to fix. Reed Nissan had me wait an hour and nothing ur service department SUCKS lazy mechanics , any person going to reed Nissan buyer be ware. More
