Absolutely great automobile shopping experience. The sales person Dave Elite was extremely helpful with assiting me find a car that fit my needs and my budget. His manager was great aswell. Charlie fr sales person Dave Elite was extremely helpful with assiting me find a car that fit my needs and my budget. His manager was great aswell. Charlie from the finance department was extremely friendly and caring. Everything was done in a timely fashion did not wait too long for any part of the process. Doug was very responsive to my emails inquiring about various models and also provided very transparent pricing. He emailed me window stickers for various vehicles so that I could easily compare his opt various models and also provided very transparent pricing. He emailed me window stickers for various vehicles so that I could easily compare his options/pricing vs. other dealerships that I was corresponding with. This made my experience much easier. In the end, I received what I believe to be a good price on the vehicle as well as a good trade. Hopefully the service going forward will equal the service during the purchase process. More

We chose to buy our new Chrysler from Reedman Toll specifically because of the sales staff (Peter Millin in particular). We appreciate a low key sales effort. I recently purchased a 2011 Dodge Caliber as my very first new car purchase. My experience at Reedman Toll was exceptional. In particular I would like to say that working with Ed Rouda really made the first new car purchase. My experience at Reedman Toll was exceptional. In particular I would like to say that working with Ed Rouda really made the whole process a success. Ed was patient and friendly, and worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. For instance, while the dealer did not have the particular color car I wanted, Ed went out of his way to ensure I would receive the exact color/model I desired. The car was ordered and arrived-fast. I will definitely be referring Ed to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a vehicle, and will definitely be coming back to Reedman for any car purchases in the future. More

We dealt with Ed and Jim in Chrysler and then Ed and Eric in Cheveloret in which Ed was our sales person. He showed us a variety of cars and was very attentive in the questions that we asked and answered the in Cheveloret in which Ed was our sales person. He showed us a variety of cars and was very attentive in the questions that we asked and answered them to the best of his capibilty. We were buying a Chrysler 200 and the transaction was going smoothly and when the vechile was ready and being shown to us by Ed it turned out the radio was not working. They took it back to the service station and was told that it was not working and to take the car and bring it back next week. We said that comment is ridicioulas as we did not even drive off the lot as of yet. They then bought us down a similar Chrysler which we hereisant in purchasing. We were interest in the Mazda6 and the Chevy Impala. We asked if they would allow us to purchase one of those cars that are more expensive than the Chrysler for the same price as the Chrysler. Thye initially offered us an additional $500 off on the new Chrysler, but we liked the Chevy. They claimed that the Chevy was much more expensive because we wanted the top model. They came back to us after a 1/2 hour or so and was able to make it work. So we walked out with a Chevy Impala top of the line for the same price as the Chrysler. Ed, Jim and Eric from Chevy came through which was great. Thanks Darryl More
