Going to buy a Ford next time From the day we bought our car the folks at Regal have out and out lied to me. You call service to make an appointment, when you finally get through and set the appointment and then show up the people in service have no idea why you are there. Your appointment isn’t on the schedule. Brought my car in for the eco boost application and got the car back with a broken radio antenna. I told service and they had me bring the car in for a whole day to run test on it. Then they tell me it’s gonna be another ten days before the new antenna can be installed. What a crock. We bought this car because my wife liked Chevy and she does most of the driving. But she will not deal with Regal Chevy any more. I myself I like Ford. So I’m taking my money and going to buy a Ford next time out. I do like Dealing with Kevin in service, but one person out of a whole company doesn’t sit well with me. More

Procrastinated and didn’t feel like priority Still waiting on a follow up a week later to discuss damages that weren’t taken care of from the body shop, repairs were included in the estimate but Still waiting on a follow up a week later to discuss damages that weren’t taken care of from the body shop, repairs were included in the estimate but weren’t taken care of as a body shop that I selected I expect in service that corresponded with the insurance company in a correctly manner , I addressed some damages when I brought the car there and when I checked up on the car and the damages that I address both Times were not addressed or fixed which is very unsatisfying due to that I reminded the rep multiple times More
