So before you get exited about your new car, ask about their process of cleaning and washing the car and the sweat they put in to get the car ready for you. So in other words, add that price to the advertised car. And oh BTW, Their sales department is slow to respond and they send you generic response to ur emails that does not address the question you asked. More

That is until we made it to the paperwork. There was suddenly over $2000 in optional extras (which they couldn't explain what these charges actually where in relation to the vehicle) which are not optional plus closing costs. Ended up being $3300 over the online asking price with tax, title and license. This is for a vehicle that was originally listed at $9000, which was boosted to $12,300. After trying to negotiate price I was given the "opportunity" of $100 off the price. I walked out. Listen to the poor reviews and take your business elsewhere. There are decent dealerships out there and this isn't one of them. I hope this review saves you an expensive lesson. More
I like to take care of those who take care of me. It's the right thing to do and it is a measure of a man's word in my humble opinion. It's all about integrity at the end of the day. That's why I feel it is important to give credit where credit is due. I have been shopping multiple dealers for 4 weeks for a new truck. I consistently got the run-around from many dealers during my search. That all ended when I contacted Daniel Bonilla at Reliable Chevrolet. I will be honest and admit that Daniel probably didn't get the "best me" by the time I made it to his dealership. I was already frustrated with the many dealers and their games I had dealt with previously.to contacting Daniel Bonilla at Reliable Chevrolet. Daniel patiently listened to my rant about my previous experiences. It was at this point Daniel Bonilla really shined and made himself and Reliable Chevrolet stand out from the crowd. Right from the start, Daniel listened carefully to my requirements for a new truck purchase. He understood I was all about business and he respected that. He worked efficiently with his sales manager to get right to MY bottom line. Daniel Bonilla understood that my time was limited as well as important. Long story short, Daniel put the deal together that I wanted and he did it in record time. I arrived at Reliable Chevrolet late in the evening. I had a really uplifting and positive conversation with Daniel with no pressure and no pushy sales tactics. Before I knew it, closing time was coming around and I had made my decision to purchase a Silverado from Daniel Bonilla and Reliable Chevrolet. I looked at my watch and realized the dealership was closing in 30 minutes. I told Daniel I would be happy to come back on Saturday and complete the deal when we had more time. It was at this time Daniel told me we could do it all right then and there if I wanted to go home with my new Silverado. I told Daniel I didn't want to keep him from going home on time but if he was willing to get my deal done, then I was willing to wrap things up right now. Daniel said, "it's not a problem at all!" Daniel moved quickly to work with the finance representative, Lia Shao, to set up my loan and prepare all my paperwork. When it was all said and done, Daniel and Lia stayed an hour past closing time to send me home in my new Silverado. I am very impressed by the customer focus that both Daniel and Lia exhibited in taking care of my business. I can't say enough good things about Daniel, Lia, and Reliable Chevrolet! This was one of the easiest and pleasant new car purchases I have ever experienced in my life (and I have bought many cars/trucks throughout the years). I have never been blown away by a dealership in a positive way. However, thanks to Daniel and Lia (and their sales manager of course), I am in awe. This isn't some shill review either. I am a real customer and I'm telling you about my real experience. No b.s. here. I just feel strongly about helping those who help us. I hope that sharing my experience will, in some small way, repay the kindness, understanding and attention I received at Reliable Chevrolet. I hope the management sees this and recognizes everyone involved in my transaction. Great job and thank you! More
I wanted to buy the certified Chevy 21 LT, but it had bad scratches on the driver's door and rear fender. I asked them to fix the scratches right away so I could inspect it and buy it if it looked good. I ca scratches on the driver's door and rear fender. I asked them to fix the scratches right away so I could inspect it and buy it if it looked good. I called them the next day, and the salesman still said they can't fix it until it's number comes up in the line up. So I never heard back from them, and they apparently fixed the scratches because they sold the car to someone else the next day. They also advertised it on cars.com for $1,680 less that their actual price because they tack that amount on top for their make ready charges before adding tax, title and license fee. More
I put my truck up for sale, which was in immaculate condition, and got a bid off Cargurus from Reliable Chevrolet, which was a fair offer. My first initial contact by Mike was great, we texted back and forth on concerns about the used cars I was looking into. Mike was off today so TJ was my new contact when I walk in. Explained to TJ what I back and forth on concerns about the used cars I was looking into. Mike was off today so TJ was my new contact when I walk in. Explained to TJ what I was there to look at and he showed me a completely different car that was being sold to another person who hadn't got there yet. Explained to me why would someone try and sell a car that was already spoken for, I found it very unprofessional. When he finally showed me the car I wanted to look at I didn't get a chance to test drive, it had trash in it and he wanted to discuss numbers. I got up an walked out. I'm sorry but a little professionalism is all I ask and also don't try to sell a car that is already spoken for. More
I really wanted to like them, but they dropped the ball in too many things: -EV wasn’t charged even with advanced notice of my visit -EV did not have included charger (they provided this at no cost, th in too many things: -EV wasn’t charged even with advanced notice of my visit -EV did not have included charger (they provided this at no cost, thankfully. But they would have tried to sell it without) -They delivered the car to me at no charge, but their driver took all the toll roads and left me to foot the bill. That’s fine, but just kind of a slap in the face. -If you shop here, know ALL of the specs about the car model you’re looking at so you aren’t shortchanged. That goes for any dealership though, honestly. More
Worst car buying experience ever. Even worse service when I had to take the vehicle back. This service department does not communicate and does not know their vehicles. They used 40 Even worse service when I had to take the vehicle back. This service department does not communicate and does not know their vehicles. They used 40 miles toward my warranty to do absolutely nothing to fix the problem except to say, its a GM issue. Really? If you are a service manager, would you not know this about the car before driving it 40 miles? When I called to explain the issue a knowledgeable person would have asked questions and could have said, yes, it's an issue. I have zero faith in the service department! More
