Larry made the whole process for me much easier. He took the time needed to ensure I had the right car as well as all the documents for my approval. To go out of his way and spend the time making me feel comfortable made it easier to trust what I was buying. Honestly, it did not feel as if I was at a dealership, it was just a fun and comfortable environment. Thank you so much!

Maybe recommend. After leaving the lot and researching prices, we paid 4000 over value. Appreciate kirby and his help he was very professional. But felt we should have been offered scheduled service.

My Review Of Reno Dodge:

To Whom it may concern,

I only had one problem, I was showed by Steve and he gave me wrong information. I ask because I have 500 CD's if it came with a CD player and was told yes a 10 CD held player. because I was told that a CD player was there in the seats and would be shown where and how to use at end of sale, I didn't think no more about it. I then learned that it didn't have one after I signed paper and my car over. PJ was really good and I wish he was there from the beginning.

My Review Of Reno Dodge:

I purchased an original Dodge RAM Quad Cab from Reno Dodge in 1998 (love it and still have it). My husband & I came to look at the new Dodge Dart and were greeted with enthusiasm and treated with respect, professionalism and humor. After our test drive with Kirby and talking money with PJ, we were able to complete our deal with Reno Dodge and the fine staff. I was given detailed walk-thru instructions on my new car and encouraged to return with any questions. I received a call that same evening from PJ to be sure that all went well on the drive home. My new car became a Mother's Day gift and I felt very special after the care from The Reno Dodge family . It was an excellent decision to "come back" to Reno Dodge for my new car. Everything was great. The only downfall in my opinion was that we were sent away with a completely empty gas tank. Every place I have ever purchased a vehicle from has filled the tank. The employees were very nice and treated us with respect.

My Review Of Reno Dodge:

Very disgusted came into shop couldn't find anyone had my 6 year old granddaughter with finally found a man standing at a computer looking at porn was obviously to engrossed in those sex cam sights and porn sites to be aware that a customer was in need for help ! I picked up my granddaughter and left, I cannot believe that your employees have nothing better to do then visit these site on a cpany computer while being paid !! Has your company ever heard of content filtering !!!! As for my husband and I we will never purchase nor have a car serviced at Reno dodge again . I will also be advising everyone I know and contacting the BBB and filing a complaint . I was extremely embarrassed and had to try to explain to a 6 year old little girl what that man was looking at ! I will be forwarding this on to Mr Weir as well . I hope you fix this problem so nobody in the future will have to witness what I unfortunately had to . Please see that something is done about this

My Review Of Reno Dodge:

I did a review yesterday that I need to amend. Perhaps, I should have waited until I received my vehicle. I didn't get the truck the day of purchase because it had just been turned in to the dealer and wasn't even inspected yet. I had to wait for the certification and detail to get the car which would take a couple days. John St. Clair went over and above excellent customer service. Since I couldn't get the car right away, I decided to make the car a surprise for my husband, Bill. He was away at a wedding with his family and wasn't with me during the process. I told Bill I decided not to purchase yet and would wait for him so we could do it together. Our original plan was to buy in July/Aug, but I couldn't pass up this truck. I could hear it in his voice, the disappointment, but I kept with my lie because the end result would be so great.

John helped me plot and plan how to present the truck to him. I had a plan, wasn't working out. Had another plan, wasn't working out again. Each plan I had, John said he would do whatever I asked of him. "I have your back", he kept telling me. John even offered to drive the vehicle to my house, knock on my door and hand my husband the keys and say here is your new truck. That was the plan until I realized, we had family in town and were suppose to be across town at the time of delivery. I once again called John in a panic and said, "It's not working out, we can't do it now because we won't be home". Without hesitation, John said, "give me the address where you will be and I will take it there". It was across town and much further away then my house. Wow!

We went to the dinner party with the family members that were also at the wedding. When my husband was out of the room, I told everyone what was going to happen. With a house full of family members that were eye witnesses to my husbands disappointment over the weekend when he realized he didn't get a truck, they were all there to see his extremely shocked reaction when John showed up at the door and handed him the keys. We all knew John was coming except for Bill. John even brought the paperwork with him so Bill could sign there and save a trip to the dealer later.

If Reno Dodge has an award for excellent customer service, my vote is for John St. Clair.
