BEWARE- Just left Rich-Ford. Showed up and they were showing me the wildtrek and bigbend (drove an hour and a half north for the base model). Then they show me a Big Bend that they said "new" but when I went to sign the paperwork to close on it they clarified "like new" (not the same) and we're selling at the price of a new without less guarantee/warranty etc... Will not return there EVER!!! Rather make the extra trip north or west where I don't have to listen for words like "like"! Shady dealership for sure! More

Really?! So you are getting it ready for someone and suddenly you sell it to someone else? I was already overpaying them. This person must really have gotten snookered. Oh, they are so nice when you are there. They lie, like most dealers do, but you expect that and they are sweet and nice. Then, someone poor dummy walks in the day after you've looked at the vehicle, they tell that poor dummy it's available--when it's not--and you get screwed. So sorry I ignored the negative reviews. I never knew you could renege on a sale. I won't even go into the xx they pulled while we were negotiating the sale. I was traveling from Texas to California when my van gave a error message of "Fuel Filter Clogged", After going to a quick lube place and wasting 3 hours and they not being able to take care of my problem, a error message of "Fuel Filter Clogged", After going to a quick lube place and wasting 3 hours and they not being able to take care of my problem, I located Rich Ford. I thought to myself that I was going to get "hosed". Maria got me in and out in a matter of 3 hours. They fixed my problem and got me back on the road at a very reasonable price. I really like that they had a restaurant that I was able to grab a bite to eat while waiting. Thanks Maria! Keep up the good work. More
