Last month my son wrecked my truck for the second time this year. The first time it went to a differnt shop but this time they towed it into richmond Ford. Those people are really nice to work with - so friendly and helpfull - almost make you feel like family. The body shop made my truck look like it was brand new. It was worth every cent to get such a good job done. Richmond ford isn't real close to home, but next time I buy a new truck or car it will definitly be from them. It is very rare that I will provide the top rating to anything as I always feel there is room for improvement. However, over my 20 + years of dealing with Richmond Ford, I can honestly say they do improv anything as I always feel there is room for improvement. However, over my 20 + years of dealing with Richmond Ford, I can honestly say they do improve year over year. I can not recall ever having any bad experience with them and I continue to choose them first when shopping for a car, truck or for service of my automobiles. I have dealt with a few different sales people there and fine them all to be knowledgable, and very helpful in looking for the best deal for me. The service team keeps their commitments for appointments, advising when my car will be ready and they take time to explain what they need to do, have done, how it impacts the overall care of my car and the cost. I have even had the opportunity to work with some of the parts department team. Those folks are so friendly and act as those I am their only customer. The overall customer care I get from Richmond Ford keeps me going back to them. I never feel like I have been taken advantage of, or been given a raw deal. I have recommended Richmond Ford to my family and friends because I know they will get the best deal and great customer service. I can fairly rate them a 5 in all categories. More

They also overcharged for other services I needed at the time. Now I seem to be having the malfunction that the recall repair should have fixed. I have serious doubts that they even did the work. They don't have record of me being there but Ford has a record of the recall being closed out. Hope my airbag doesn't catch fire or detonate before I can unload this car to the junkyard. Oh and my air conditioning doesn't work b/c of a short that this has caused. I have reported this dealership to Ford. More
