New Car Purchase I called my salesman, Natalio El Haddad prior coming into the dealership for an oil change on my 2015 Fiat 500. I wanted to drive the new 2016 FiatX. I called my salesman, Natalio El Haddad prior coming into the dealership for an oil change on my 2015 Fiat 500. I wanted to drive the new 2016 FiatX. Natalio came in early to meet me. I spent the afternoon with him test driving cars, examining inventory and discussing features of this new vehicle. He was kind patient and was available for all my questions. Do to his professionalism and I was able to lease my now brand new 2016 Fiat X. The sales manager, Cynthia, greeted me warmly and assured me that I would truly be happy with the new Fiat X I have driven this new car only for few days but it is everything that I had hoped for and more! Our past experiences have been good when we bought cars from other dealerships, however; working with Mr. Natalio El Haddad and Mr. Antonio Fenton was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. Mr. Fenton was very polite, honest, knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the whole test drive and final sale. Mr. Fenton knows how to interact with people from all walks of life and that is a plus. Mr. Haddad was very professional and accommodating. Mr. Haddad made sure we were comfortable throughout the car purchasing process. He made sure we understood everything about our purchase and had no hidden agenda. Mr. Haddad listen to our concerns and helped us stick to our budget. I went to this particular dealership to support my wife who was trading in her 2012 Fiat 500 pop for a 2015, Fiat 500 sport. Because of the service Mr. Haddad and Mr. Fenton provided, two days later, I purchased the Fiat 500x Lounge. My wife and I love our cars and the payments.
