My battery went dead and the Hyundai roadside assistance was good even on a Sunday. They jumped it and I drove to dealer and they were great and did it fast and under warranty. Terrible Don’t understand your appointments you would think they would get preference. Took my car last week knowing the part I needed would have to be ordered Don’t understand your appointments you would think they would get preference. Took my car last week knowing the part I needed would have to be ordered. Waited one and half hours for the tech o say they had to order the part. It was supposed to be in Friday and someone would call to set up appointment. That never happened. Called Monday afternoon to see if part was in the gentleman said it was asked if I wanted to set a appointment. I asked him when would be the best time he said Thursday I said fine and asked time he said 9:30. Got there 9:30 had fifteen cars in front of me out side. I was told it would be at least 2 hours I made a scene which I don’t like doing. Anyway it seems you over book your appointments and the impression is it really doesn’t matter. More

Misleading info This is my third car lease with your company Rick Case Hyundai. Upon getting ready to leave the lot with my new car I get in and there is no power to This is my third car lease with your company Rick Case Hyundai. Upon getting ready to leave the lot with my new car I get in and there is no power to move the seats or driver seat rather by electric motion. I also find out that there was no lumbar support at least not what I was used to for my last leases.I had leased a Sonata six years ago and three years ago I leased and ELANTRA value edition. This year I leased another Elantra value PAC to find that it had manual driver seat motion which I find insulting to senior citizens and handicapped people having to pump their seat up or down which may affect their hands and or their backs or other body parts. My salesman Claudio has worked diligently to try to find me another car in my price range but that seems to be overwhelmingly difficult. If I go to another car I lose some interior or exterior products and not one car seems to fit the bill as my last Elantra possessed. I have lost sleep the last three nights thinking about how I'm going to keep pumping this car up and down to get a good position. Anytime someone else sits in my car to drive as I am slightly handicapped I would have to readjust the driver seat over and over again. This has been very disturbing to me and very disheartening. By taking away electric car seats I feel that the Hyundai company is going backwards and not forwards. I have been driving since I am 16 years old and I am now 72 with 72-year-old ailments and have never seen or can remember not having electric seats for the driver. Deciding to change something how come they didn't change roll up windows it seems to be in their future plans. Any middle high or a low-end car all seem to have easily movable seats. The better lumbar system has helped me greatly in my last car and of course now I don't have that in the new car. Hyundai has so many choices but none that hold all the answers without being extremely expensive especially to a senior citizen who lives on fixed income. The fact that this car does not have electric seats is not in any of the catalogs or online information only the high-end cars state that. There was also no mention in the advertisements of manual drivers seats. They avoid that statement like the plague. I intend to let this be known to the public that there are no easy ways to return to the last car which had everything and still was reasonably priced. I hope you can understand the situation for seniors who use their cars as an independence way of living. I am also hoping that someone can help me solve this problem sincerely this is Judith Lichtenstein More
