I made the mistake of buying a prepaid service I made the mistake of buying a prepaid service maintenance program with my new 2016 Santa Fe. When I do make an appointment for service just an oil change it takes 2 to 3 hours after I make the appointment. It seems that my car is not put into the empty bays and the service people are just kind of hanging around.
